Jacqueline “Jax” Hart thought turning twenty-one would mean drinks, bad decisions, and maybe finally figuring out what she wanted to do with her life.

She was not expecting to collapse, wake up in a hospital, get chased by men, and be dragged through a portal by two strangers.

Then she sees Atlantis.

Hidden beneath the ocean, the legendary city is very real, and apparently, so is the blood running through Jax’s veins.

Now she’s trapped in a world of ancient bloodlines, brutal testing, military training, dangerous Guardians, and creatures she thought belonged in mythology. Everyone in Atlantis seems to know more about who Jax is than she does, and some of them aren’t particularly happy she’s there.

But something far more dangerous is stirring beyond the city’s surface.

And whatever brought Jax home may have done it for a reason.
